MOOK YAN JONG TWO ARMS LESSONS 22-24
Advanced Palm Strikes, Transitions & Wrist Control – Wing Chun Wooden Dummy Training
This advanced 3-part Wing Chun wooden dummy series introduces powerful palm strike variations and dynamic transitions that sharpen wrist control, energy flow, and close-range fighting ability.
In Lesson 22, you’ll integrate the Po Pai (double palm strike) into the Bong Sau–Tan Sau cycle, while learning how to layer palms with Man Sau to Tok Sau and Tan Sau to Tok Sau.
Lesson 23 adds continuous upper lying palm attacks, helping you develop timing, structure, and force redirection
In Lesson 24, you'll refine your transitions from Double Tan Sau into Huen Sau → Jut Sau → Tok Sau, finishing with a lower palm strike and cycling fluidly from side to side.
Throughout these lessons, the emphasis is on connection and control—keeping contact with the dummy arms to build wrist maneuverability, angle management, and simultaneous attack and defense under pressure.
Ideal for intermediate to advanced Wing Chun students looking to develop functional flow, tactile sensitivity, and real-world palm strike application.
