There are two key ways to elevate your Wing Chun practice: first, by observing someone else perform the techniques (in this case, your instructor), and second, by engaging in the physical training yourself. By combining observation and hands-on practice, you build tactile sensitivity, movement understanding, and the confidence needed for real-world application.
Additionally, an important point to remember during practice is the creation of space for the execution of techniques. We should never be static — always making small steps or subtle turns to maintain flow, positioning, and energy direction.
