This advanced section of our Wing Chun Wooden Dummy Training Series focuses on developing precision, ambidextrous coordination, and the ability to generate inch force through connected, whole-body movement.
🔹 In Lessons 7a & 7b, you will:
• Train key techniques like Gaun Sau, Tan Sau, Man Sau, Jut Sau, Kwun Sau, Bong Sau, Wu Sau, and Po Pai (double palm)
• Practice fluid transitions and structured drills on both sides of the dummy
• Strengthen coordination between stance turning and hand techniques
🔹 In Lesson 8, you’ll focus on:
• Developing inch force using wrists as contact points
• Harnessing power through joint rotation, stepping, and body mass transfer
• Practicing advanced movements like grabbing hand and throat-cutting hand, Pak Sau, and lying palms
