This marks the beginning of the Wing Chun wooden dummy form. The techniques that we will drill on the wooden dummy include:
Pulling Hand and Biu Tze Hand
Bong Sau and Wu Sau
Tan Sau and Left Lower Lying Palm
High and Low Gaun Sau
Kwun Sau
Tan Sau with Lower Lying Palm
High and Low Gaun Sau
