• How to perform Pak Sau with stepping to the side.
• The correct way to transition from wrist to palm contact without detaching from the dummy.
• Coordination between footwork, timing, and hand positioning.
• How to maintain continuous contact with one or both dummy arms while transitioning.
• Developing fluidity and structure in single-arm Wing Chun movements.
🔹 Key Wing Chun Techniques Covered:
• Inside Pak Sau and outside Pak Sau with under-arm tacking motion.
• Transitioning from:
o Inside Tan Sau → Outside Pak Sau → Inside Man Sau → Inside Tan Sau
o Inside Tan Sau (over dummy arm) → Outside Pak Sau → Return under arm → Inside Tan Sau
o Pak Sau and Tan Sau with forearm control on both dummy arms.
o Inside Tan Sau → Inside Pak Sau, followed by:
Opposite arm Pak Sau (outside)
Man Sau (inside)
Tan Sau (inside)
